The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. It will be made to the customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used to pay for the order. Please note, if you have changed your bank account, remember to give your new bank details to your old bank.

Return method:

1. All returns must be declared by email to contact@cat-trotter.com

2. The product must be returned no later than 14 days following the date of receipt of the package.

3. The product must be complete (don't forget the 2 removable bag bottoms) and in perfect condition   allowing a remarketing , that is to say new , undamaged, unsoiled , unwashed and unscratched .

4. Product may be returned in the original shipping carton. An adhesive strip is provided for reshipment. For more security, we recommend that you add additional tape to the tab of the shipping box.

5. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.

6. If the package is lost or damaged, TRAVELER CAT cannot be held responsible.

7. Products which are not returned within the deadlines and conditions referred to above will not be reimbursed by TRAVELER CAT.
