The sole proprietorship TRAVELER CAT, whose head office is located at 2C rue du Pont de Merlet in Ayguemorte-les-Graves, registered with the RCS of Bordeaux under number 882 542 418, the creation, production and commercial exploitation of the Cat-Trotter brand.

These general conditions of sale are applicable to purchases made remotely by the consumer customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") from the sole proprietorship TRAVELER CAT (hereinafter the "Operator"), through the sitewww.cat-trotter.com (hereinafter "the Site").

The sales offer proposed by the Operator:

• is intended exclusively for customers with the capacity to contract and acting as a consumer, i.e. any natural person who acts solely for the satisfaction of their personal needs,

and

• relates to sales whose delivery takes place exclusively in mainland France (including Corsica) and Belgium.

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer declares that he fulfills the conditions mentioned above and in particular that he does not make purchases on the Site with the aim of reselling them in the usual way or in the context of a professional activity.

These T&Cs govern without restriction the sales of products made by TRAVELER CAT on behalf of Cat-Trotter from the Site. TRAVELER CAT reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time by publishing a new version on the site. The applicable GCS are those in force on the site on the date the order is placed by the Customer. Any purchase on the Site automatically entails acceptance of all of these conditions.

The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the conditions under which the products are marketed by TRAVELER CAT to the Customer. They thus regulate the various stages of realization of the sale since the placing of the order by the Customer.

The Site is a site for the sale of backpacks for cats (hereinafter the Product(s)).

The products offered for sale by TRAVELER CAT under the name of Cat-Trotter are those appearing on the Site on the day of its consultation by the Customer. In accordance with article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, each product is the subject of a descriptive sheet which, in addition to the photograph, will contain: the price, the models & colors available, the composition as well as the essential characteristics. .

Nevertheless, TRAVELER CAT cannot guarantee that the Products will be exactly identical to the photographs, in particular due to the technical constraints of making the photographs available on the Site.

Furthermore, TRAVELER CAT strives to present and describe its Products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, subject to providing a faithful presentation of the essential qualities of its Products, TRAVELER CAT cannot guarantee the exhaustive communication of all the characteristics of each Product. The User declares to be fully aware of the provisions of this article, and already expressly accepts not to engage the responsibility of TRAVELER CAT in this respect, subject to the application of the mandatory legal provisions (guarantee of conformity in particular) .

The price of the Products in force for the order is indicated on the Site, in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). The price is exclusive of delivery costs.

Any change in the VAT rate may be passed on to the price of the products and services. The Customer is informed of any delivery costs applicable to his order before final validation of his order and payment of the price.

Payment on the site can only be made by credit card.

The user can browse the Site without obligation to purchase.

To place an order or pre-order, the Customer must:

• select the chosen Products and add them to their basket after having selected the desired color. The basket located at the top right of the screen informs the customer that he has taken the selections into account by indicating the number of products it contains.

The description of the Products is available to the Customer on the Site, which the Customer accepts and acknowledges.
Once the Order or Pre-order has been finalized, payment is confirmed by TRAVELER CAT by sending an email to the Customer at the address indicated when placing the Order or Pre-order.

The Order or Pre-order is validated once payment has been made in full and received by TRAVELER CAT.

TRAVELER CAT will send the Customer an invoice by email to the address provided during the Order or Pre-order. The Customer is advised to save or print his invoice and keep it.
TRAVELER CAT undertakes to honor validated Orders, within the limits of available stocks.

In the event of unavailability of one or more Products after placing the Order, the Customer will be notified by email and the Customer will have the choice between:

• to be reimbursed the amount corresponding to the unavailable Products within 30 days, or

• to be delivered when the Products concerned are again in stock (unless definitively withdrawn from the catalogue), or

• to have a Product delivered of a quality and price equivalent to that initially ordered.

In any event, TRAVELER CAT cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the Customer, nor liable for any damages.

TRAVELER CAT undertakes to honor validated Pre-orders.

TRAVELER CAT may modify the assortment of products offered for sale on the Site at any time, without prejudice to the Orders or Pre-orders placed by the Customer.

The full price of the products is payable when ordering. The Customer pays on the sitewww.cat-trotter.com :

TRAVELER CAT does not keep any bank details. TRAVELER CAT reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or pre-order and/or delivery in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Buyer, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the Site.

TRAVELER CAT orders are prepared by hand and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). The delivery is then ensured by the service by Colissimo (home delivery) or by Mondial Relay (relay point delivery). If the customer chooses to be delivered via Mondial Relay, an email will be sent to him within 48 hours after his order so that he can tell TRAVELER CAT the relay point chosen to receive his order.

Return terms

1. All returns must be declared by email to contact@cat-trotter.com

2. The product must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

3. Le product will have to becomplete (don't forget the 2 removable bag bottoms) andin a perfect state allowing aremarketing,it is-i.e. nine, undamaged, nosoiled, unwashed and unscratched.

4. Product may be returned in the original shipping carton. An adhesive strip is provided for reshipment.For more security, we recommend that you add additional tape to the tab of the shipping box.

5. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.

6. If the package is lost or damaged, TRAVELER CAT cannot be held responsible.

7. Products that are not returned within the time limits and conditions referred to above will not be reimbursed by TRAVELER CAT.

Repayment Terms

Refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the item. It will be made to the customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used to pay for the order. Please note, if you have changed your bank account, remember to give your new bank details to your old bank.

The transfer of ownership to the Customer takes place only after full payment of the items ordered. However, the risks weighing on these articles are transferred to the Customer as soon as they are received by the latter.

The Buyer benefits from the legal guarantees of non-compliance as well as for hidden defects of the thing sold, including the lack of conformity resulting from the packaging of the Products ordered/pre-ordered on the Site.
 
If the Buyer finds that the Product delivered to him has a defect, a lack of conformity or is damaged, he must inform him of this, indicating the nature of the defect, non-conformity or damage observed and sending him any useful supporting documents, in particular in the form of photograph(s)contact@cat-trotter.com.
 
TRAVELER CAT will organize the terms of the return with the carrier of its choice, of which it will inform the Buyer by any useful means. TRAVELER CAT will bear the costs of this return.
 
The Products must imperatively be returned new to TRAVELER CAT. They must be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding purchase invoice.
 
This warranty does not apply to damage that is not directly and exclusively attributable to TRAVELER CAT and in particular in the event of visible defects not denounced under the aforementioned conditions, defects and deterioration caused by natural wear, negligence, defects maintenance, force majeure, fire, water damage, strike, abnormal use of the product or product modifications not foreseen or specified by TRAVELER CAT.

 

Returns of Products that do not comply with the terms described below cannot be taken into account.
 
TRAVELER CAT will carry out the necessary checks and will offer the Buyer the replacement of the Product as far as possible. If the replacement of the Product is impossible, TRAVELER CAT will refund to the Buyer the full price paid for the Product excluding delivery costs, by any useful means, as soon as possible and at the latest within 60 (sixty) days following the date on which TRAVELER CAT will have informed it of the impossibility of replacing the Product atcontact@cat-trotter.com.

Buyers are solely responsible for the use they make of the Products. It is their responsibility to verify the suitability of the Products for their specific needs prior to the purchase of said Products.
 
It is also the Buyers' responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack.

TRAVELER CAT undertakes to fulfill all of its contractual obligations with diligence and professionalism, in accordance with the rules of the art generally accepted in the sector of activity.

 

However, TRAVELER CAT cannot be held liable in the following cases and without this list being exhaustive:

 

•  In the event of failure, default or delay of any of the service providers, suppliers, subcontractors or intermediaries used by TRAVELER CAT;

 

•  In the event of a difference between the PRODUCTS provided and the photographs appearing on the SITE; these photographs do not enter into the contractual field;

 

•   Non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered, which it is up to the CUSTOMER to verify;

 

•   In the event of misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the CUSTOMER, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the PRODUCT, accident or force majeure.

 

TRAVELER CAT's warranty is, in any event, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of PRODUCTS that are non-compliant or affected by a defect.

The systems, software, structures, infrastructures, databases and content of any kind (texts, images, visuals, music, logos, brands, database, etc.) operated by TRAVELER CAT within the Site as well as the models and Products sold by TRAVELER CAT are protected by all applicable intellectual property rights or database producer rights..

All disassembly, decompilation, decryption, extraction, reuse, copying and more generally, all acts of reproduction, representation, distribution and use of any of these elements, in whole or in part, without the authorization of TRAVELER CAT are strictly prohibited. and may be subject to legal action.

The transfer of ownership to the Customer takes place only after full payment of the items ordered. However, the risks weighing on these articles are transferred to the Customer as soon as they are received by the latter.

The Buyer has the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute relating to the execution of these presents which would oppose him to TRAVELER CAT, under the conditions provided for in articles L611-1 and following. and R152-1 and following of the Consumer Code.

In the event of the occurrence of an event of force majeure preventing the execution of these GCS, TRAVELER CAT informs the Customer within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of this event by email.

Expressly, are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous event, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals, total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other industrial actions or disputes. business, civil disorder, insurrection, war, act of terrorism, severe weather, epidemic, blockage of transportation or supplies for any reason, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, government restrictions or legal, legal or regulatory changes in the forms of marketing, computer failure, blockage of telecommunications, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other case beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal execution of the contractual relationship. All the obligations of the parties are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, without compensation.

 

If the force majeure event continues for more than three (3) months, the transaction concerned may be terminated at the request of TRAVELER CAT or the Customer without compensation on either side. Failure to pay by the Customer cannot be justified by a case of force majeure.

The T&Cs are executed in accordance with French law.
